Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due on making you're booking.
The full balance is due 28 days in advance of the hire period.
Failure to pay the final amount will result in cancellation of the
booking and the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation
Over 28 days prior to hire - deposit is retained. Less than 28 days
prior to hire date - total hire fee is retained.

Opening Hours
Exhibitions can be open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday - Saturday.
A private evening from 6pm - 9 pm is available for each week
booked.

Insurance
Whilst every reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of
items it is the responsibility of those exhibiting to obtain their own
insurance. Public liability insurance must be arranged and shown
to PZ Gallery.

Security
The gallery has an alarm system. Those hiring the space will be
responsible for locking up at the end of the day. No secure storage
is available whilst an exhibition is in progress.

Installing and Dismantling Exhibitions
The client is responsible for hanging the exhibition.
Client must come equipped with the necessary tools for installing
and dismantling their event.
The partition walls in the gallery can be used for fixtures. All holes
made must be filled and painted by the end of the hire contract.
The gallery must be left in a suitable condition at the end of a
contract.

Invigilation
Those hiring the space must ensure that the exhibition is invigilated
at all times. Invigilators can be hired for an additional £40/day.

Bar and Kitchen
The bar can be hired at an additional £100/night. This includes
obtaining an alcohol licence and one member of staff to man the
bar.

Marketing
The Exhibitors are responsible for producing their own publicity
and marketing. The gallery has a mailing list, which can be used
for invitations. The PZ Gallery logo must be displayed on all
material.

Commission
No commission will be charged on any sales of artwork while the
gallery is on hire. All financial transactions are the responsibility
of the exhibitor.
